The framework for managing the corporation is set out in its declaration, bylaws and policies.The board is responsible for the business matters of the corporation and for the upkeep of the common elements. The Glen Arbour Homeowner's Association (GAHA) is an active, non-profit organization representing the interests of all residential property owners in the Glen Arbour community.
